Canada’s dairy industry is in dire need of an overhaul, according to a new report. Dalhousie University and the University of Guelph say the dairy industry needs reforms, particularly to help dairy processors be more innovative and competitive in the face of new free-trade agreements and the rise of dairy alternatives.
